Journey Builder introduces a new way to create, launch and measure customer journeys inside Loyale Backoffice.
Instead of relying on one-off campaigns or single trigger-and-action automations, teams can build complete journeys that respond to what each customer does. From the first trigger to the final message or reward, every step is managed through one visual canvas.
✅ What's New
Visual Multi-Step Journeys
Build complete customer journeys by connecting triggers, waits, conditions, branches, messages and rewards on a visual canvas.
This makes it easier to plan how customers move through an experience and manage more advanced automation without requiring custom development for every new journey.
Behaviour-Based Triggers
Start journeys from real customer behaviour, including purchases, sign-ups, card connections, referrals, audience changes, expiring points or vouchers and scheduled events.
Customer filters and entry controls help ensure that each journey reaches the right people at the right time.
Journeys That React to Each Customer
Use waits, conditions and branches to change what happens next based on customer behaviour.
A journey can continue when a customer completes an action, follow a different path when they do not respond or stop when a defined event occurs.
Personalised Messages and Automatic Rewards
Send personalised push notifications, SMS and emails throughout the journey using customer and event data.
Journeys can also award points, issue coupons or gift cards, add customer tags and apply points multipliers automatically.
Built-In Journey Testing
Test the full journey before publishing it using the built-in simulator.
Teams can simulate customer events, move time forward and check how a test customer progresses through waits and branches without sending real messages or issuing real rewards.
Live Journey Performance
Once a journey is published, live statistics show how many customers entered, where they are in the flow, what they engaged with and how many converted.
This gives teams a clearer view of what is working and where a journey can be improved.
